All of our cameras have a 14 day return policy, and a 1 year warranty. Returns and warranties will be honored only for items that are shipped back in the SAME CONDITIONS as they have been delivered to the customer, complete with any and all accessories that were included at the time of delivery.

What is covered by our 1 Year Warranty:

- Faults that occur under normal usage and storage

What is NOT covered by our 1 Year Warranty:

- Accidental damage - Misuse

- Disassembly of any part of the item

- Consumables (batteries)

- Direct or indirect damages caused by the purchased item

In case of a valid warranty claim we will first attempt to repair the item. If repair is not possible, we will offer a replacement, if available. This warranty is non-transferable, as it is issued to a named individual. For the warranty to remain valid, the product must be accompanied by the original purchase invoice.
