Items must be in original new condition and packaging, with all the product tags attached, and they must have not been used.

Certain items, such as grooming, food, or underwear products, cannot be returned and/or refunded due to hygiene issues.

The intention to return a product/s must be notified to us within 14 Days from receiving the product/s.

Refund amount:
Within 14 days of receiving and checking the returned product/s, and finding it eligible, we will refund the full amount spent for that product/s, excluding the shipping fees sustained for the original order.

All you have to do is send us an email at, informing us that you wish to return the item/s.  We will provide you with all the instructions.

The customer shall pay for the return costs.

Wrong or Defective products:
If we sent you a wrong item, or if the item is defective (elegibilty will apply), let us know by sending us an email at, and we will cover all shipping costs. You will then have the possibilty of receiving a full refund, or having the correct or non-defective item shipped again to you.
